The largest deposit of rare earth metals in Europe is found in Norway. Norway's luck continues, first oil, then Europe's largest deposit of phosphorus, now rare precious metals. The size of the discovery is 8.78 million tons. This rare discovery could become more important for Norway than gas exports.
