In partnership with the Global Plastic Action Partnership for EPR, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, PREVENT Waste Alliance, UN Environment Programme, and the WWF, the latest OECD Environment Policy Paper provides the basic facts and key principles of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), with its impact and potential applications. It includes various EPR models, highlighting benefits such as transparency, increased waste recovery rates, and opportunities for product innovation. Research shows over half of waste and recycling datasets published by government phased out under Conservatives A new analysis of statistical datasets published by the government has revealed a sharp downturn in the amount of environmental reporting carried out under the former Conservative government.
