As a former Employee, I reached out to find out about their Management training program for Veterans. After 1 1/2 yrs from the time I inquired, I left the company and still didn’t get a response. From personal experience, it’s a media hype with no real opportunity.

I've been in the Air Force Reserves throughout my time at Airgas - 9 yrs, and my leadership and team always support and encourage me in my reserve career and while I am on duty.
