Job Title: Sales Head – Interactive Panels Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Sales Leader to spearhead the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge interactive panel solutions across diverse sectors, including education, corporate, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in selling interactive technology solutions, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging strong relationships within the industry to expand market share. Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospective clients and nurturing existing accounts. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver compelling demonstrations and tailored presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our interactive panel solutions to stakeholders across various industries. Market Strategy and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align on go-to-market strategies. Contribute to the design and execution of targeted sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Tender and RFP Management: Lead the identification and pursuit of high-value opportunities, including tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring meticulous preparation and timely submissions. Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through disciplined planning, execution, and effective resource utilization. Required Qualifications and Skills: Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets. Prior experience in selling interactive technology solutions, particularly interactive panels, is highly preferred. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the interactive panel market, including knowledge of channel partners, system integrators, and their role in projects such as boardroom setups, corporate infrastructure, and smart classroom development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Corporate Experience: Experience working with global leaders in the interactive technology domain, such as Samsung, Panasonic, LG, or equivalent, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the operational dynamics of the education, corporate, and healthcare sectors.
