I feel the major shift in consumer habits coming! Or maybe for many of us it's already here. It might take a decade or two for everyone to catch up, but people want even the big companies to feel authentic and intimate. Great data Alan Young!
I'm not entirely surprised by these facts. Afterall, don't we all gravitate to stores and restaurants when we travel that we don't have back home? I'm a boomer and this describes my travel behavior, as well as my preference when at home.
