What is the role of entrepreneurial ecosystems? Some answers from the panelists: open innovation is the answer, with real clusters, where every partner works with clearly defined objectives and clearly defined ways of measuring success. what is the government role in cultivating enterpreunerial ecosystems? it is essential! not just funding provider. it needs to create the right conditions for innovation to take place by legislating in education to recognize the activities. what is the role of research foundations? IP is the elephant in the room. Open labs and open innovation should be the driving principle of research foundations. the foundations are the intermediate players between all players, they should not compete between each other but facilitate quality and productivity.
