I'm doing my own NDA program with the aim of getting back to being consistent in the gym, and I am really starting to notice the benefits. Chin-ups are definitely improving. Feeling great with consistent brunch, dinner, and snack. Steps consistently averageing at over 11,000. Also noticing that my clothes are fitting differently. Overall being consistent, but living my life for 5 weeks and I'm feeling good.
