New research from the IBM Institute for Business Value (IBM #IBV) and #AWS finds that as generative #AI moves from “wow” to “how,” the lack of #security in these solutions makes them as vulnerable as they are valuable. In fact, only 24% of generative AI initiatives have a security component. Found out more and download the report below:

For many businesses, there’s a huge gap between #AI initiatives and the #security measures to protect them.   To address the need for more specific guidance on where to begin, we teamed up with IBM Security and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to share leading practices and recommendations based on recent research insights. Alexandra Wain Thanks for raising the #Security point. The challenge I see is not only the security of the AI Models but, also the security of the huge amount data being fed to these models? How does one prevent these AI models receiving incorrect data from sources? How do we protect these AI models when available on the public cloud? It would be interesting to see how we address Security, Performance, Latency .... other challenges that accompany every new technology innovation. I am sure #IBM #WatsonLabs will be thinking ahead to address these challenges.
