Job Description:
Job Title: Key Account Manager - Fintech and Banking.4 +years Bangalore Key Responsibilities:
1 Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet clients' business objectives.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross -
selling.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions based on clients’ business goals and industry trends.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives within the assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service
and solutions.
- Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve account management strategies and client
outcomes.
