The Lumiform chapter of my career is coming to a close. What an amazing journey it has been! 🌟 A huge thank you to the incredible founders, Lukas Blasberg and Philip Roelen-Blasberg, for their vision and support. My heartfelt thanks also go to my managers, Patric Grassmann and Christian Lieder, for their guidance and leadership. And of course, a big shoutout to my dear sales team members, Sanem N. and Helen Yilmaz, for being such wonderful colleagues. To the entire team at Lumiform, thank you for the camaraderie and collaboration—we achieved great things together! Lumiform will hold a special place in my heart. 💥 Milestones: - Newcomer in Sales: Started at the bottom as an SDR, hammering out 100+ calls every day. It's actually my birthday today but I'm more excited that it's 10 Years of CW Sales! 🎉 It’s hard to believe that CW Sales is celebrating its 10th anniversary! 🎉 When I started this business, I was fresh out of a corporate role, motivated by a desire to help technical companies grow their sales. With a background in food testing, microbiology, and technical sales, I knew the challenges of bridging the gap between complex products and the needs of customers. But what I didn’t know was how much I’d enjoy this journey of helping others thrive in technical sales! Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege to work with a diverse range of industries, from food manufacturers and pharmaceuticals to legal services. I’ve trained hundreds of talented individuals and watched countless businesses transform their sales strategies. The thrill of seeing a client’s lightbulb moment—when they truly understand how their product benefits their customer—is what keeps me passionate about what I do. What’s been the biggest change I’ve seen in sales over the past 10 years? The digital transformation, especially post-Covid. Virtual meetings have become the norm, and I’m thrilled to see how technology is enhancing our ability to connect, engage, and build relationships. And yes, it’s made those miles on the road much more manageable! But it’s not all about work! I’ve also found joy in the little things: whether it’s a round of golf (and some business networking) with ForeBiz, tinkering with my R2D2-inspired camper van, or exploring new sales tools to keep my clients ahead of the curve. 🏌️♂️⛺✨ To anyone looking to grow their sales, especially in technical fields: remember, sales isn’t scary—it’s fun!
