Good news: Zoodpay’s installment service has exceeded $100 million in Uzbekistan! Considering Zoodpay launched its installment product in 2020, this is quite a milestone. The bulk of their sales are online, and Zoodmall is now one of the top 2 marketplaces by GMV. To put this in perspective, Uzum Market’s online installment sales hit $70 million in 2023. This year, they are already nearing $50 million, and I expect that number to reach $130-140 million by year-end. Initially, the Zoodmall/Zoodpay project focused on Silk Road countries, but Uzbekistan has become the driving force. Plus, the company is on track to become profitable by August this year.
