It takes a village to create a winning Gracie piece, and every team member's contribution deserves to be celebrated. There’s still an opportunity to purchase additional Gracies statues for co-honorees, production teams, talent, and all those who supported the achievement – both from this year and in the past. Make sure everyone on the team can proudly display their own Gracie Award! Order by September 27! Use this link to order duplicate statuettes today: https://lnkd.in/dXXAAbdG

Brand and Marketing Strategist | Brand Builder | I help companies accelerate revenue growth connecting customers to shared brand values from the inside out.
Ask any sales or marketing professional… Launching new products and building new territories is not easy. Over a year ago my husband, Dean Peaple , joined this company to launch a new division of window coverings. Through operations and production challenges, changes in leadership and the minimal marketing support common with ‘startups’ - my husband never gave up! I have watched him be tenacious and creative, using common sense, guerilla tactics, and teamwork- always finding a way. I know the road is long, - and I admire my husbands patience and perseverance. When you work hard and see a reward with a Win like this- you have to celebrate! Most of us are so busy doing the work we do- we forget to take time to celebrate the wins. It’s as easy as 123… 1. Take a moment to reflect on your wins 2. Be proud of your accomplishments, 3. Share your gratitude with those that helped you achieve your goals. Celebrate the Wins!
And the 2024 People's Choice Award for Product(s) I Would Like in My Home goes to Rowley Company! Congrats!

Peer Training I find such a training as the best training platform. It is also the best environment to thrive without fear of failure knowing fully well that your mentor will guide you through the process while letting you chart your own path to specialized field.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗼... 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺! 🏆 Vegas Legends has won the 𝗦𝗕𝗖 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 for 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗼! But let’s be clear – this award doesn’t belong to the company; it belongs to the incredible team behind it. 🎉 In business, nothing is more important than your team, and this win is a testament to that. So, what’s the secret to winning an award like this? It’s all about the people you work with. Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way: 🔑 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲. Size doesn’t always equal success. Efficiency does. 💡 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸. Give them the freedom to innovate, and they’ll surprise you every time. 💪 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. A motivated team is unstoppable. ❤️ 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀. Happy teams make happy customers. 🤝 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. Empowerment is the key to ownership and accountability. 🤔 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. (Just kidding... but seriously, sometimes it’s okay to let them figure it out. 😉) Together with my Co-Founder Cedomir Tomic, we couldn’t be prouder of the team we have. They are the true legends behind this recognition. Nikoleta Hristova, Victor Dessov, Kristina Koledova, Nia Seliktar, this award is yours – now go fly! 🚀🚀🚀

Enterprise SaaS Expert delivering software success | Fostering client partnerships (and 4 legged friends) | Australian in Texas
🌟 Canto SKO left an indelible mark on my career journey, standing out as THE best #SKO experience. It wasn't just about enduring a typical PowerPoint parade and being talked at; it was an immersive blend of reward, inspiration, and genuine camaraderie. No checkboxes here—just real, impactful team building in one luxurious and stunning location. The schedule struck the perfect balance, allowing us ample time for both learning and leisure. The cuisine whispered, "You're worth it," echoing the sentiment of appreciation from our leaders throughout our time in Austin, Texas. We departed feeling more than just colleagues; we were a tight knit family with a shared purpose. This photo, with our stunning daily view, captures the magic of unity and achievement. It exemplifies how investing in company culture and morale yields tremendous results. This is what effective team building looks like—more than just a checkbox, it's about delivering tangible outcomes and fostering genuine connection. What a phenomenal time indeed! #Canto SKO #TeamBuilding #CompanyCulture #bestcompanytoworkfor #leadershiplessons
Canto SKO 24’ was a HUGE success! Thank you Christine Moore and Ryan Gallo for setting this up for us and even getting our CEO Wain Kellum to come out and enjoy with us! We had a blast, the team needed this. Great year ahead and really excited for all the work we will accomplish 💪🏾 Additional shouts to Dan Noble, Avi Kasperzyk and Chris Olive for keeping things moving along! Couldn’t have gone as smooth without all of you 🙏🏾

Morning Brief: Last one picked. Was it you? It certainly was me. Always the last one to get picked. Often times, by virtue of being last, I wasn’t even picked, just defaulted into one team or another. Typically to the dismay of those already on it. Today… well, today I am the one doing the picking. How did I go from last to first? I will tell you what I did’t do. I didn’t quit. I didn’t let it get to me. I didn’t stop dreaming. I didn’t leave my fate for others to determine for me. So this one is for all of you who don’t get picked at first draft. It is ok. Arguably, if framed correctly, it is the biggest advantage you’ll have later in life. Sure was for me. It will teach you lessons nothing else could. Go make your own team. Pick your own players. And dominate the field you are playing on. Cheers to all you future winners out there! (Photo: this was yesterday. This is my tribe. My team. Some work for me. Some are coaching clients. Some are members. All people I can influence positively now because I didn't allow the naysayers stop me.)

Some context to go with the image below from National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) !
Not often do I get goose pimples at an Award Ceremony, especially overseas, but today I did. The ceremony for Time Dealer of the Year, showcased so many exceptional dealers. Not their day to day performance, which is a given to make the final short list, but what they do for their communities, their staff, their customers and the industry. To hear the receiving speech from Rita Case, was inspiring. I literally had goose pimples. What a woman, what an industry, what an inspiration to grow with our industry staff and people. Never has supporting and training our people been so clear as to what positive results can be achieved.

Connecting you to Passive Income Opportunities through Alternative Investments in Multifamily & Senior Assisted Living, enabling you to Protect and Grow Your Wealth
Those big-time winners you admire so much? They were once exactly where you are right now. At some point in their journey they faced the same -> doubts -> fears -> challenges But here’s the thing— comparing yourself to them won’t get you there any faster. In fact, it’ll only slow you down. Because when you focus on what they have and what you don’t you miss out on something crucial. ✔️your own progress. ✔️how far you’ve come. The wins, big and small that have brought you to this moment. The growth you’ve experienced along the way. And the incredible runway you still have ahead of you. Your journey is unique. Your story is yours to write. So, instead of comparing start celebrating. Celebrate how much you’ve accomplished already. Celebrate the lessons you’ve learned. And celebrate the fact that you’re just getting started. The path to living your ideal life is still wide open. Keep going. Focus on you. And remember: you’re on your way to becoming the person others will one day admire. 🙌 [or…you might be there already! ] —— do you celebrate your wins and your accomplishments? you should! It's a new Monday, so it's time to highlight a new member of our Leadership Team! ⭐ Meet Adrienne Taylor, our JLP Secretary for the 2024-2025 League year. 🌺 How long have you been a member of the Junior League? I joined the Junior League of Honolulu in 2011 🏆How do you define success? Success is not defined by outcomes, but how you feel about them. Sometimes you have to remember to take the time to celebrate small wins! ⚡What advice would you give to someone who is interested in or about to start a leadership role? Don't be afraid to try something new (like chair a committee that has nothing to do with your professional experience). Learn from anything that didn't work the way it was intended/planned to work--That's where the real learning lies (about ourselves and others). 🎶 Who is your favorite underrated musician? Tori Amos 🎥 What movie do you wish you could watch again for the first time? The Princess Bride 💪 What is your hidden talent? Crokinole (a traditional dexterity game-- it's played on a circular wooden board, with wooden circular disks as playing pieces)

Sr. Executive Coach and Strategist at Transcend | A dynamic relationship builder passionate about maximizing and engaging talent throughout organizations
Sometimes just taking a deep breath and engaging in our playful sides is exactly what we need to reset and reengage in news ways in the business. Love this reminder Hayley that laughter, creativity, teamwork, and play can have a significant impact on our connections and our joy. #wellness #joy #teamwork #impact #BusinessPerformance
One of Transcend's team commitments is "Joy," and I truly experienced that during our Tri-annual meeting earlier this month. Jaci, Kevin, and Mike organized a scavenger hunt that included rollerblading, a gondola ride over Spokane Falls, and a merry-go-round ride - and those were just the first three stops! It was a fantastic reminder to embrace joy in everything we do… which is even sweeter when your team wins the competition! Special shout-out to Craig, Makenzie, and Kevin for that. 🥇 Here’s to more fun and memorable moments.
