Helping Those Affected by Severe Weather ! With Hurricane Milton set to make landfall soon, the threat of severe weather sadly remains an ever-present concern across our country. But as quickly as these storms move, their impact often results in lasting damage; recovery is measured in terms of months and years. So many parts of our country are still reeling from the devastating Hurricane Helene; and North Carolina faces a long and arduous process as it seeks to respond and rebuild.
