Ask AI to look for the best cost effective floating missile launchers, meaning the overall size, the best max speed, the max carrying capacity. You have several sensitive variables here, you need to find out a marriage that's seriously productive at all varying conditions. A tall order, but need to obtain a workable solution at any cost. So goodbye to you, aircrafts and your carriers, we no longer can maintain you.
