During my initial days at digilicious, one of the biggest tasks was finding the right people - bringing skill, culture, budget and convenience on the same plate was tough. Since we were relatively new in the space, a lot of people were not willing to take a leap of faith on us and we didn’t have a lot of money to offer either. It wasn’t long before I realized that my business and client retention depended on the execution by this exact set of people. So I decided to take a leap of faith too on those who finally joined. I hired people from different industries and trained them for the skill set the role required. It doesn’t matter if the people you hire belong to the same industry or not, all I looked for were some good people who shared my vision and wanted to create value. This inherent zeal of delivering their best, paired with the training allowed them to deliver some exceptional results. And today digilicious stands where it does because of my team. The past 2 years were both exciting and enriching for me and this wouldn't have been possible without the unconditional support of my wonderful colleagues. I joined Novopay Solutions with big dreams of being able to make an impact through my work, and hopefully, along the way learn the art of becoming a good team player and a leader. Together, we achieved remarkable milestones, from rebranding to securing analyst recognitions, driving significant organic growth, and a healthy growth pipeline. While all this, less did I know that I would be able to achieve much more than what I had aspired for - finding mentors and friends for a lifetime. Srikanth Sir, very few people get a chance to work with visionaries, and I was extremely privileged to have worked with you closely and will cherish that for the rest of my life.
