I’m very honoured to be participating as a speaker in the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers’ (CABL) Annual Conference: “A Moment in Time: The Evolution of the Legal Landscape”, at the Ontario Bar Association in Toronto, on October 12 and 13, which is a couple days after my speaking engagement at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology's ClioCon 2023 in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 9 and 10! Rudder Law Professional Corporation Thank you to the awesome Tracey-Ann Dobson-Hamilton — the Director of Professional Development of CABL, and the wonderful, hard-working team of CABL’s Professional Development Committee.      I’ll be participating in the session entitled: “Civil Practice: Mastering the Art before the Court and Tribunal”, alongside my fellow, brilliant panelists, Monique Jilesen and Melissa Burkett. We’ll be guided by our awesome moderator, Lanise Hayes, through some of the intricacies of civil procedure and the various rules from the unique perspectives of our different areas of practice. This year CABL is celebrating resilience, progress, and the evolution of the legal landscape. Please join us to learn more about leading practices, recent and critical practice directions, as we examine precedent-setting, recent jurisprudence that is shaping civil litigation in the courts and tribunals. We also hope to offer valuable insights and practical strategies that will enhance your effectiveness as you represent your clients before the court or tribunal. #speakingengagment #panelist #CABL #rudderlawgroup #civilpractice #ClioCon #ClioCon2023 #professionaldevelopment #annualconference #moderator #speaker #resilence #progress #evolution #legallandscape #precedentsetting #jurisprudence #civillitigation #tribunal #practicalstrategies #civilprocedure #strategies #canadianassociationofblacklawyers
