Great things never come from comfort zones.* *Strike more harder* *4. Dream it. Wish it. Do it at an appropriate time.* *When you are afraid to invest, Wealth remains a Dream.* *5. The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you achieve it. Don't ever relent* *6. Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done.* *Be an achiever* *7. Wake up with determination. Go to bed with satisfaction.* *Be fulfilled* *8. Do something today that your future self will thank you for.* *Prepare to pay the supreme price for success* *9. It’s going to be hard, but hard does not mean impossible. Be focus and dedicated 10. Sometimes we’re tested not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths. 100 percent yes to this and in my opinion take it further… Watch someone outside of your department / key stage. Everyone should watch and learn from EYFS. Peer observation is the most powerful CPD and its free and readily available daily. It also promotes better community / professional relationships / dialogue 2024 - get out and use your non contacts, no matter the workload, stress, marking, prep…. it has so much value. #communitybuilding #cpd
