No silver bullet solutions to Organizational culture...The phrase "rot starts from the top" in organizations means that issues or problems within an organization often originate or are influenced by the actions, behavior, or decisions of senior leadership or those in positions of authority. It suggests that the tone, culture, and values demonstrated by leaders can trickle down through the organization, impacting its overall health and effectiveness. If there are problems at the top, such as unethical behavior, lack of accountability, or poor decision-making, these issues can permeate throughout the organization, leading to dysfunction and negative consequences at all levels.

Five ways HR creates a thriving organisational culture The concept of culture varies depending on who you ask, but one thing remains true—organisational culture is a key factor in any company's success and sustainability. But what is the anchor that holds organisational culture together? In the recent series of the Digital HR Leaders podcast, which was sponsored by Culture Amp, we asked each guest the same question: "What are your top three ways in which HR can play a pivotal role in creating a thriving culture?" My article for myHRfuture, details what we learned from each guest: Rebecca Thielen, Dorie Clark, Didier Elzinga, Rob Briner, Louise Millar, and Olivia Edwards. Credit for image to CultureX.
