Check out her top tips for #deliverability: "Ok top tips: -Be a smart marketer! Segment and tailor your messaging, apply creative approaches that resonate, be intentional and memorable with your tone and cadence. -Set and manage expectations from hello. Tell subscribers what to expect and how often and let them snooze when their interest wanes. -Permission isn't granted forever. Low response, unsubscribes and complaints are your subscribers telling you they need a break...or a break up. Proactively sunsetting non responders is key to inbox. - Can I add a fourth, because why not? Use every tool you can get your hands on. SNDS, Google Postmaster, bounce logs, your ESP reporting, third party data, alerting on reputational signals like blocklistings, email geeks and women of email and other communities. It's not always cheap (but sometimes it's free!) and you have to know how to interpret the data, but it will all provide perspective to round out your world view and get you to resolution faster."

Most people miss out on easy wins by ignoring this one crucial metric... These two angles for a client performed similarly at lower volumes, so we decided to run each one to 1000 leads to get a true winner. Our winner is clear: 1-in-69 positive reply rate vs ~1-in-200 (still solid!) This again illustrated to me how important it is to track your leads-per-positive-response rate religiously. It's the purest signal of whether your messaging is hitting the mark. Without closely monitoring it, you're essentially flying blind. Every positive reply could lead to a booked meeting and a new deal. Miss out on ten positive replies and you may have just bypassed 2-3 new clients. If we ran both these angles to another 5000 leads, campaign A would bring us 47 more positive responses than campaign B. Forty-seven. Whether you're reaching out manually or have a system set up, if you don't have a tight grasp on the number of people you need to reach out to to get a positive response, you're leaving money on the table. Period. I’m just mad we lost out on ten positive responses by running this test 😭

There's about 20 ways of outreach, this 1 worked the best for me... This got me clients for all the businesses I ran and for clients. 3 parts to it: 1. Warm Up - Turn them from cold to warm 2. Voice note/Super personal message 3. Follow up. Follow up and Follow up. Put in the comments what outreach method worked for you?

Email marketing campaigns should be simple, straight to the point, and easy to read.
Imagine you invited everybody for dinner. Prepared lots of food. Cooked the entire day. And when everybody finally sits down at the table, nobody takes a bite. Sounds horrible, huh? This is a somewhat similar scenario for many marketers. Every day millions of cold emails are sent but most of them are ignored blatantly. Out of all the cold emails sent, only 8.5% emails manage to get a reply. aXseeko is honest, is relevant, and respects your recipients. Starting with subject lines that speak to their pain points and offer real value in the email body. Always use interesting, catchy sentences as email opening lines. But never mislead the recipient. If you have done your best in the cold email campaign and still getting no responses, follow up diligently. Don’t be rude with subject lines like “Did you read my last email?” Instead, provide value-adding content. For example, articles, videos, books that will help them boost their business. Follow up at least 5 times. But if the recipients ask to unsubscribe, let them Last but the most important tip: keep the timing in mind. Always send emails during office hours, avoiding the lunch hour and the start of someone's day.
