Another marketing flywheel?! Heaven forbid. We're going full curlicure. Experiential marketing isn't as simple as a wheel turning down a road; it's a marketing form that uses each touchpoint as momentum to carry your consumer to the next phase of their journey. When you consider touchpoints, it's not one-and-done; you have to keep the pressure on to reach a loyal fan. And that means never letting a moment of choice pass without strategic consideration. From events to brand homes and then, finally, to lifetime loyalty VIP benefits and personalized experiences. Then, they pass the baton to their friends, family, and every follower they've accrued on social media. And the current sweeps the new future advocates away again towards loyalty.
