Dick Dyer, APR, Rachel Knight and John Lewis joined forces to flip the recruitment conversation and provide ways for candidates to evaluate potential roles AND employers. They serve as volunteers for the workforce development arm for Manufacturers Association of Maine EGS committee The Manufacturers Association of Maine’s, Employee Growth Services Committee, EGS, is made up of several organizations in Maine that have workforce development as a central theme in their mission statements. Participants represent for profit and not for profit organizations from education, government, workforce agencies and private companies. Each representative also has a keen interest in manufacturing in Maine.
