US company Enfinity Global Inc. has acquired a 546 MW of pipeline of solar developments in Colorado from CS Energy.
Enfinity Global’s new portfolio comprises three solar projects that are expected to produce 1,054 GWh of clean electricity per year once fully operational.

“Our long-term ownership business model allows us to partner with relevant investors, stakeholders, and customers, aligning capabilities that create a zero-carbon future and benefit the communities in which we participate. We will continue committed to develop additional projects in Colorado.”
Enfinity Global’s existing renewables portfolio totals over 17 GW, including 7.3 GW of energy storage assets and 1 GW of operational assets.
Enfinity Global operates a US portfolio totalling 400 MW over 28 solar PV power plants in the states of California, Idaho and North Carolina. The company also owns 6 GW of solar and storage assets under development across a number of different US States.
Enfinity Global has raised $380 million over the past year in the US to support its growth plans.
