Es necesario algo así, pero para LATAM. No estamos en el mismo entorno físico, social, cultural, político, económico... para seguir una guía la cual se centro en su investigación de diagnóstico en Canadá y USA. Ojo, no estoy desprestigiando este gran documento que esta por su 3era edición, más bien lo he investigado y usado tanto como consulta. Sin embargo, considerando el contexto Mexicano y Latinoamericano... la Latín American City Transportation??? quizá? o un National por país? o zonas?

Did we forget about #WelcomeWednesday in our rush to post the creek cleanup story? No. But it ties in with our featured groups today. First, we have For Our Grandchildren. Some of you may remember speaking with the representatives at the Meet Your Match Volunteer Fair. They have the daunting task of trying to clean up the planet, one little corner at a time, like when Grandma got you to help her clean the shed. And while the name implies a finely mature membership, the truth is that they welcome all ages. You just need a can-do attitude and a desire to leave the planet better than when you arrived on it. Our second group, and one of our sponsors, is Ontario Public Interest Research Group, or OPIRG. They focus on environmental issues as well as human rights and social change. You might be amazed at some of the overlap of these topics. They skew a little younger in perceived demographics, but again, they do not limit membership to just students. Exciting News! 🌿 We are thrilled to announce that our Indigenous Youth Voices (IYV) annual summer trip is just around the corner! This year’s adventure promises to be our best yet, with incredible activities, special guests, and opportunities to connect with nature and our heritage. While we had to push back the trip to August due to unforeseen family emergencies, we remain dedicated to making this event a memorable one. Stay tuned for the official dates and details – we’ll be announcing them very soon! Sign-ups will open shortly, and spaces are limited, so make sure to keep an eye out for our updates. The trip is for Native youth ages 15-27, with travel available for those from Denver, Wind River, Pine Ridge, and Rosebud. If any youth out there are interested but unsure what to expect, please reach out to our Youth Coordinator, Jonah GreyBull-Green. He can explain the program and connect you with other youth members who have attended in previous years. This option is available for parents/guardians as well. We are dedicated to empowering our Native youth and enriching our traditional storytelling and knowledge. Our program includes discussions on healing, mental and emotional health, and the importance of Native leadership in environmental justice, climate change, and Indigenous advocacy work. Participants will learn how to get involved in internships, outdoor recreation, national park services, conservation, and employment pathways in these fields. Also, keep a lookout for our upcoming Indigenous Youth Voices funding and sponsorship shoutout! We want to honor our partners and those who made this happen, and more importantly, share the impactful work they do. Some are first-time supporters of Native-led initiatives, and we deeply value their contributions. If you are interested in becoming a partner or sponsor, please contact us. Que no sólo pone al ser humano en el centro, sino también a su felicidad (Happiness), con todo lo que ello implica. Hurban scale = happy + human urban scale H2U Desde hoy, urbanismo yo lo voy a escribir con hache: HURBANISMO y arquitectura también: HARQUITECTURA Arquitectura para la felicidad. Una nueva disciplina. HARCHITECTURE H2A Si H2O es la fórmula del agua, el elemento de la vida, las nuevas disciplinas que estudiarán cómo habita el ser humano derivan de ella: H2U y H2A La felicidad en primer lugar. Estoy escribiendo mi segundo libro, en esta ocasión tratará sobre arquitectura y felicidad.
