THANK YOU Appreciation should not be limited to special occasions or extraordinary achievements. Take the time to express gratitude and acknowledge your employees’ efforts on a daily basis. A simple “thank you,” a heartfelt compliment or writing a note with one of the appreciation quotes for team members, can go a long way in making everyone feel valued and appreciated. For proof that appreciation can be simple, it was found that, for day-to-day accomplishments, the most valued recognition is the verbal “Thank you”. Let’s go bold and bigger.

As this marks the momentous occasion – the one-year anniversary of our incredible journey together, Reflecting on this eventful year fills me with immense gratitude for our exceptional team, valued clients, and incredible supporters. Our collective efforts have propelled Evolve to new heights, and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you who has contributed to our success. On this occasion, I had the privilege to convey my gratitude to my esteemed team members. I presented each of them with a heartfelt gift as a gesture of appreciation which is the least I could do to express my gratitude. In the fast-paced world of teamwork, it's easy to get caught up in the rush of tasks, deadlines, and objectives. However, amidst the hustle and bustle, let's not forget the invaluable power of appreciation and gratitude within our teams. 🤝 Let's make it a priority to celebrate the achievements, big and small, of our team members. Whether it's a simple thank-you note, a public shoutout, or a team appreciation event, let's show gratitude for the dedication and hard work that each member brings to the table. Together, we can create a culture where appreciation thrives, and success knows no bounds! 🌟💼 #Teamwork #Appreciation #Gratitude #Success #Culture #teamappreciation #teamcollaboration

I recently made a mistake when celebrating a great month in our company. We blew away our goal and I wanted to recognize our team. Instead of just congratulating our team for their great accomplishment, I threw in the dreaded "but" at the end of it. "but, next month will most likely be much different." There was no need for me to do this. I intended to shield them from a possible letdown the following month since we always have a strong January. The "but" was not necessary at that time (and probably not at all). Celebrate your wins. Recognize the success of your team - the other stuff can wait. A well-informed team already knows of the challenges that may lie ahead and is prepared to handle them. Let celebrating your wins stand on its own. Do not dilute what your team accomplished. Interestingly, February came and they beat our target for that month as well.....and did it again in March.

I worked for recognition when I first joined AtliQ Technologies. In my role as a Digital Marketing Team Lead, I received an award last Friday called "Mountain of The Team". But, over the years, I realized my work focus has shifted from Recognition to impact. Before I had high expectations of winning an award, My actions were driven by: 🔴 Working for recognition 🔴 Had a lot of expectations 🔴 Making mom proud Later, I learned there’s no award for manager-level positions. I was upset at first. Most of us have worked to get recognition, But we rarely admit it to ourselves. This scenario shifted my mind to do work, regardless of recognition. My actions changed to: 🟢Meaningful work 🟢Stopped seeking recognition 🟢Adding value without a motive Transitioning a mindset of seeking recognition to an impactful work ethic helped me: Prioritize adding value over recognition. Have you ever had a perspective shift in your journey? I’d love to hear in the comments. #LifeAtAtliQ #AtliQTownhall2024 #teamlead #achievement

Today marks my 🔟 anniversary at Exadel 🎉 This is a good time to reflect on why I am still here, even though sometimes I feel the urge for change. In these moments, I ask myself the following questions: - Do the company's values still match my own? - Is the company still growing? - Does my contribution still bring significant value to the company? - Does the company appreciate what I do? - Am I surrounded by professionals at a higher level that I can aspire to? - Are there people who benefit from my experience and expertise? - Is there a supportive environment here that believes in me? - Can I continue to gain new experiences here? - By working in this company, do I become stronger and more skilled both as a professional and as a person? And year after year, I get a "YES" to all these most important questions. Of course, like any company, there are challenges here, but they do not overshadow the benefits I see for my professional and personal growth. I am grateful for these 10 years and look forward to the future with optimism, expecting new opportunities and achievements 👐

Here are four ways we cultivate culture here at Sudburys! · Celebrating our work anniversary: This is a dedicated time to recognise the contributions of each team member. · We have 90-day reviews: A safe place to provide feedback and support and a place to talk about growth and development. · Weekly ½ hour team meetings: Time to align our goals for the week, communicate effectively, and ensure everyone feels heard and valued. · An annual team day: A day once a year dedicated to fostering camaraderie, relationship building, and where to from here. As Nikita Tomlinson says "Culture is a bit like sport success – it doesn’t happen overnight, and it takes practice, practice, practice." Every day we come to work is a continuation of practicing our core values which sets the tone for our culture but man is it worth it. We are so proud of our team and the culture here at Sudburys.
