Interesting facts!! The recent Women in the Workplace 2024 report indicates that it will take over 20 years for white women and almost 50 years for women of color to reach parity in corporate America. Further, there is a distinct difference between men and women regarding their view of progress and the representation of women in leadership, with men viewing it as much more advanced than women.
