I am working with a company on a very niche role, where there is hardly anyone in the US with the skill set required. The final interviews will be completed by the end of this week and the client wants to make a decision at the end of the month... Hiring Managers - if you need someone in your team and wait more than a week to make a decision, after the final interview, you will lose that individual. Great individuals have other interviews. They are in the market for a reason, to find another opportunity, and if your interview process is slow you will result in the third best or sometimes no one for your position.
