I am writing about the most critical manufactured good in the world's history (semiconductors) and how that impacts the world's semiconductor companies.
Mobileye is setting the tone for the upcoming automotive semiconductor earnings season. Their guide was broad-based, and I expect others to follow. Microchip guided down revenue last night, and it's clear that there's too much inventory for automotive semiconductors. I believe that STM, IFX, TXN, ADI, ON, NXPI are to follow. Additionally, Memory pricing is hardening, and Marvell is bullish about their AI results.
