Unveiling the Roots of Racism: When Age Does Not Equal Wisdom. Imagine an older, sophisticated-looking lady who could easily be your mother or grandmother, making monkey movements and sounds towards black people in public. Such behavior from a seemingly respectable individual can be shocking and deeply unsettling. But what does it reveal about the beliefs she holds and the environment she has been part of? This incident prompts us to consider the profound influence of long-held convictions and the teachings passed down through generations. If this lady feels comfortable enough to display such offensive behavior in public, what might she be saying and teaching in the privacy of her home? The actions we witness are often just the tip of the iceberg, hinting at a deeper, more pervasive belief system. It might be tempting to dismiss her behavior as unintelligent or irrational. However, it is essential to understand that people often act based on what they have been taught and what they believe to be true. For some, the outdated and debunked idea that black people are somehow less human has roots in misguided interpretations of scientific theories, like those of Charles Darwin. Consider this: if someone described this lady's actions without any visual evidence, you might find it hard to believe. Her friendly face, civilized demeanor, and status as a senior could easily mask the prejudices she harbors. This disparity between appearance and action highlights a crucial point: age does not necessarily bring wisdom. Instead, it often reinforces the beliefs one has held throughout their life. The behavior of this older lady serves as a stark reminder that racism and prejudice can persist in even the most unexpected places. It challenges us to confront the uncomfortable reality that racism is not just a relic of the past but a present issue perpetuated by individuals who may appear harmless or respectable. The actions of this elderly woman underscore the need for continuous education and awareness to combat deeply ingrained prejudices. We must recognize that wisdom and intelligence are not merely a function of age but are deeply connected to one's willingness to challenge outdated beliefs and embrace a more inclusive and understanding worldview. Age does not equal wisdom; it is living by what one believes to be true that shapes our actions and interactions with others. "Racism doesn't age; it reinvents itself, adapting to cultural shifts while maintaining its bitter core." ~ Auset Ankh Re About me: disrupting your thought process and possibly inspiring new thinking patterns 🧠

Let’s try this again! LinkedIn followers my class is in session The history of calling black people monkeys is deeply rooted in racism, colonialism, and dehumanisation. Throughout history, oppressive ideologies have perpetuated the degrading stereotype of comparing black individuals to monkeys as a means of justifying slavery, segregation, and discrimination. During the era of transatlantic slavery, European colonisers used derogatory language and imagery to depict black people as subhuman, primitive, and closer to apes than to humans. This dehumanising rhetoric was used to justify the exploitation and mistreatment of black individuals for economic gain. The association between black people and monkeys continued through the centuries, reinforced by stereotypes in literature, art, and popular culture. These harmful stereotypes perpetuated the false belief that black individuals are intellectually inferior, uncivilised, and unworthy of equal rights and opportunities. Despite advances in civil rights and greater awareness of racial equality, the legacy of calling black people monkeys persists in forms of systemic racism, microaggressions, and discriminatory behaviour that is often found in the workplace! It serves as a stark reminder of the deep-seated prejudices and inequalities that continue to impact black communities globally. It is essential to confront and challenge these harmful stereotypes, educate others on the history of racial dehumanisation, and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society where all individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and humanity. Fast forward to today and well see for yourself below! Any advice you can give this lady? In what way can this behaviour impacts our society? How are we using humanities evil acts of the African slave trade still today at work? White people I want to hear from you on this also this is your issue still. We know we aren’t animals but ya’ll still struggling with this concept in 2024. Comment below class. Psychologists At Work #DEI #RaceAndEquality

This behavior has been made acceptable because there are no repercussions for such blatant disrespect. Individuals like this help build the foundation of the policies that allow for such racist behaviors to be acceptable around the world. Those that fail to take action against such behaviors, welcome these behaviors to perpetuate. Unchallenged imperialism and indoctrination of false historical teachings continue to feed this madness. The question is...what are we going to do about it other than advertise it and get comments?

This same thing happened to me in the Canary Islands in September 2023 while on Holiday. Walking near the beach. It wasn't a local, it was a tourist from either Germany or Sweden. However I did something that was probably not safe. Once I realized I chased the person and his family down with my Camera on. After 3 blocks and 1 hill, the 30 something son apologized for his father. He shook my hand and shared he was sincerely sorry for this. The event happened similar to video in the fall of 2023 not 1923 or 1953. The dad appeared to be in his early 70s. The dad never apologized, he actually walked away while his son apologized.

I'll take a jab at this. The derogatory association of monkeys to the Enslaved Saints is an overall conditioning mentally to the masses. In fact true history shows that the slaves from the transatlantic trade, and saharan slave trade were in fact Judeans. If the world knew that God's people of the book were right in their faces then every knee would bow and every tongue would confess. The stereotypes are weapons of deceit in order to cause the very people to somewhat believe the lie that they were indeed savages. But the Lord has a way of bringing out the truth. The truth is in the lineage of the tribes! This old lady is a child in old flesh and never thought that monkeys are brown because of their hair. Her antics should be ignored and we should never stop to combat such ignorance, the devil could easily possess you.

I know there is a God who looks at all of His creations and shakes His head and it doesn't matter by what name you refer to Him/Her/It, as. The MAAFA (great clamity or disaster) that had befallen dark skinned people throughout the world at the hands of the light skinned has also affect their nature as well. Yet we are of the same humanity. When you alter truth and then try to justify it in plain sight, reason it, so that it sit right within yourself, you become twisted and behave in demonic ways. There is something wrong with you! If dark skin were not a preceived threat there would be no logical reason to be afraid! No reason to go the extra mile to pretend one's authority. But because dark skin is still a mystery, one may feel if the tables were turned that they would do to others what was done to them! It is that thought, that evil must continue to avail. For we already know the fragility factor of light skinned brothers and sisters, that would not be able to take the same taunting if issued. The thought of that scares those that behave in such a manner..
