How to prepare for International calls with Global Clients ✅ Set up your meeting links with the client using Calendly. It makes them see you as a very professional person ✅ Always join the call at most 5 minutes before the kickoff. Americans don't like to waste time. They are always prompt and early so be there earlier than them ✅ Please and please, for no reason should you use GLO network to join an international call (If you are from Nigeria) except you want your village people to prevail against you...lol ✅ Be ready. Get a very good network location or spot for the call. Have at least a good WiFi or mobile network loaded with internet data so you could easily switch if anything happens ✅ As much as it's a remote call, DRESS WELL and appear nice. First impressions matter the most ✅ Be confident. I understand you can be shy and may lose your lines in the course of the call, but be confident. Clients love it when you know your onions ✅ Don't be afraid to ask the client questions. It makes the conversation two-sided and very interesting. Any points I have missed out?
