I learned more in the first six months of starting my first business than I did in 4 years of college. (not to mention I made more money than I did in all the years of the previous decade combined) Here's the 12 biggest lessons: 1. Actions move the needle, not intentions. A bias towards action solves most problems. 2. The most important metrics in life (and business) can't be measured on a spreadsheet. Return on Time Return on Love Return on Karma Return on Impact Don't undervalue a thing just because you can't measure it. 3. Very little of what you do actually matters. Unfortunately, it's not always clear which parts matter and which parts don't. The only way to solve for this is to: A) Try a whole lot of stuff B) Iterate until you find signal C) Amplify once found 4. Success comes to those who are too stupid to quit. Surprising revelation: Most successful people I've met have no clue what they're doing. They were just too stupid to quit. 5. A happy customer is the best form of marketing. Don't run ads to a shitty product. You're just spreading the word that you suck. First, make something people want... Then make it something they love. Only then should you promote. 6. Referrals are worth more than sales. We've raised $30M over the past 3 years leveraging a simple concept: Ask for the referral, not the sale. This does two things: 1. Turns one potential customer into two 2. Often turns the referrer into a customer, too To accomplish this in real time: Deliver insane amounts of FREE value to build good-will with both prospective and past customers... Then ask: Do you know anybody else who you think we might be able to serve? Then shut up and wait for an answer. 7. Use discounts to increase the lifetime value of customers... not to get them in the door. Instead of giving a discount to get a customer in the door. Give a discount on the next job if they book NOW. 8. Some costs are unavoidable. It's almost always best to just pay the cost of doing business and move on. 9. The best businesses are lucky. The amount of serendipity you'll experience is directly proportional to how much you do the thing combined with the total number of people to whom this is communicated. So, to increase our Surface Area of Luck, we can either: - Do the thing more - Tell more people 10. Speed results from Clarity The more clearly you can see the target... The more quickly you can move towards it. 11. Growth results from repeatedly identifying and then removing the biggest contraint in the system. Spoiler Alert: YOU are almost always the biggest constraint. No business that is reliant on the founder... will outgrow the founder. Your goal should be to remove yourself from being necessary as quickly as possible. 12. Do Less, but Better Working on fewer things for longer is a great recipe for success.

YOUR CIRCLE MATTERS 😇 🤔Why are some people successful in High Ticket and others struggle? ⛳️The people that create success have already declared their success before attaining it. ✅ I knew I’d be successful, it wasn’t a matter of ‘IF' but ‘WHEN' You’d never see me comment “info” on ANYTHING else. Why would I? When I know this is literally as good as it gets. 💰 If people ask me if I’m ‘open’ to new opportunities, I’d straight out ask… does it have the potential to pay at least $5000 or more per sale? ❓ The answer is always ‘no’, which solidifies why I’ve chosen the best business model that nothing else out there can compete with #FACT 💸 I’ve never promoted anything other than my high ticket business 💎 That’s integrity. 🥇 You won’t see me posting about shakes or cleanse days, even if I use the products (which I do) 🥤 When people are promoting both high and low ticket, you’ll find their belief isn’t solid. ⚖️ It’s not integrity, especially when using the community to try and build their next venture. 👎 It’s also why they don’t create true success because they keep moving from one thing to the next. 👀 Dribs and drabs. 🕳️ This is what leads to never ending cycles that keep people struggling. 🤡 You’d never see me post on my profile about other peoples low ticket business to ‘help them out’. 🥱 If I wanted to help them out, I’d show them our business model. 🙌 I’d never project my beliefs about what they could ‘afford’. 🤑 I always share the BEST way for them to get started based on their goals and what their future self would thank them for. 🫶 In fact, I’d be absolutely p@#$d off if I just got started on 1 product, rather than the fast tracked way! 😱 I don’t project my beliefs on when I THINK my new team mate can make their first sale. 🤯 Time is an illusion & we’ve seen people do what I did in 2 years, in 2 months. ⌛️ Success leaves clues. 👣 The people that will be successful are the ones that show up for themselves, they move through their limiting beliefs, they stay close to the fire (their mentor or their coach) they’re consistent and they’re committed. 🔥 Success means that if you don’t make $10k in your first month or so, you DON'T QUIT! 🆘 ^that part. ✅ You’re in it, no matter what. 🚀 Tbh, anyone and everyone can be successful. 💵 The business is simple. 💻 You just need to be the person you need to become in order to attain the life that is going to give you the freedom in all areas. 🏖️ The WRONG people will distract you, the right mentors will always course correct your path & walk alongside you. 🤝 Your circle matters 🔥 Have a great day! Do you ever tell potential customers to go away? I do. In the solopreneur world or in business in general, it’s tempting to chase every opportunity. More clients, more revenue, right? Not always. I find that some clients that look like a good fit on the surface may be a bad fit in reality. At LifeStarr, we figured out that we don’t want clients looking for a get-rich-quick scheme. Our passion lies with solopreneurs building businesses that enrich their lives, not just their bank accounts. Why? Three reasons: 1. Reality: Get rich quick schemes rarely work. But building a business that serves your life is something we can truly help with. 2. Values Alignment: We thrive working with individuals who prioritize purpose and impact over shortcuts. People looking for a get-rich-quick scheme are rarely willing to put in the effort it takes to build a thriving business. 3. Mutual Growth: Relationships should be mutually beneficial. When our clients grow authentically, so do we. So, before saying yes to the next potential client, ask yourself: - Can I truly help them? - Do they align with my values? - Will they benefit from my approach in the long run?
