Reflecting on an Incredible Year at Norac Foods UK 🎉 As 2024 draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had this year at Norac Foods UK. It’s been a year of growth, change, and plenty of exciting milestones. We’ve welcomed excellent new additions to the team who have brought fresh perspectives and energy, helping us move from strength to strength. Alongside this, we’ve seen our people grow within the business, stepping up to new challenges and achieving amazing things. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing—like any team, we’ve experienced change. But through it all, we’ve remained focused on building a strong, supportive culture that sets us up for continued success. Together, we’ve transitioned from storming to performing, showing just how far we’ve come as a business and as a team. Of course, it hasn’t been all work and no play! We’ve made incredible memories this year, from team activities to company events, sharing plenty of laughs and making it a year to remember. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited for the opportunities and challenges that await. With the momentum we’ve built and the talented team we have, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. So I got very excited to lead the team vision session at last week's NASEA Conference in Pattaya! It was a fantastic opportunity to convene with brilliant minds, delve into discussions on crafting team purpose, and uncover the essence of our collective 'secret sauce! While we haven't nailed down our team's final purpose just yet, the progress we've made is electrifying. Every conversation, every idea shared, brings us closer to uncovering that North Star that will guide our journey together. Why do I think that discovering your team's purpose is a game-changer? 🌟 Because it's like giving your team a roadmap to follow, so everyone's on the same page and heading in the right direction. 🌟When everyone knows why they're doing what they're doing, it's easier to get excited and give it your all. 🌟Plus, having a clear purpose helps you make decisions faster and with more confidence. It's like having a North Star to guide you through the fog. 🌟And when you're all in it together, you naturally start working better as a team, coming up with cool ideas, and bouncing back stronger from setbacks. 🎉 Honored and Grateful! After two incredible years with the HES family and one year with the Clean Tech Company, I am deeply honored to be named Clean Tech Leader of the Year for 2024. To call this a personal achievement doesn’t feel right—it’s truly a team win. When I stepped into the role of Sr. Project Manager at Anheuser Busch, I was handed not just a role, but an amazing, high-performing team. From day one, I felt supported by the best in the business, never once feeling alone as I navigated my new responsibilities. At 2b Limitless, we deeply value our relationship with Kraft Heinz and it was fantastic to reconnect with their dynamic team this week. Our session focused on the vital aspects of developing personal brands and enhancing brand equity. One of the highlights was delving into the power of a growth mindset and the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) in career progression. We drew inspiration from Jeff Bezos’ famous quote: “Your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room.” This thought-provoking idea led us to ask: What do you want people to say about you when you are not there? Understanding and shaping this narrative is incredibly powerful. During the session, we explored participants’ strengths using the CliftonStrengths enabling them to identify and build on their areas of strength. Equally important was recognizing areas of weakness to manage around them effectively. By knowing your narrative and exploring the perceptions others might have of you, you can bridge the gap between the two. This self-awareness and proactive approach to personal branding are key to achieving long-term career success and fulfillment.
