It's great to see these discussions taking place. Many say 'we couldn't possibly', very quickly forgetting the 'Eat out to help out' VAT scheme for restaurants during Covid.
Unfortunately, we are stuck with a flaccid, lazy Government and one real solution is to get rid of them and have the discussion with the incoming replacements... if only we had that option.
The margin between loss, break-even and profit can be as simple as 2 additional ticket sales who also buy a couple of drinks but every little bit of help will make a massive difference.
