This week I’ve been dialing for feedback! While most people run away from the task, I have to say that my favorite part of my day is talking to people and knowing that we have a hand in the B2B E-commerce transformation! Especially for industries that are so close to my heart: Surf, Adventure, Outdoor and Lifestyle. Here’s what I’ve learned from buyers this week: Retailers who are on SKU CANDY are saving between 20-35% in order processing time. With features like automated reordering, real-time inventory updates, and digital catalogs, placing orders is significantly faster compared to traditional methods (emails, calls, or manual orders).
