We (collectively the developer, city legal, city planning, city parks, sparkle squad/59 preconstruction team) successfully completed (and registered on title) a parkland conveyance & a blvd widening conveyance on one of our Toronto projects yesterday! The last piece to allowing us to pull our unconditional superstructure permit on the project. Always a very long road to get there and always a very satisfying feeling of accomplishment for everyone!
