Beach Day at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco! We brought the beach to the hospital to celebrate the end of summer and show appreciation for our incredible staff! Our team had a blast with refreshing, non-alcoholic frozen drinks, umbrellas, leis, and a fun photo selfie station with a beach backdrop! The day was topped off with a round of bingo, where staff had the chance to win some fantastic prizes. Thank you to our hardworking team for all you do. Your dedication makes our hospital such a special place! Pictured here are the Managers of our Post Surgical Unit: Lauren Newsom and Amber Spencer #SummerFun #TeamAppreciation #BeachDay #BSWFrisco 4o

We can talk stats and discuss the challenges that Physicians may face. Ultimately though, I am fortunate that I can support Physicians in navigating the lease transaction. We enable our clients to leverage our market insights and maximize real estate. #healthcarerealestate #medicalspace
RGRE navigates challenging Central Perimeter Medical Market. With space tightening up in the ‘Pill Hill’ area medical providers and practices have been more challenged in supporting growing needs. How do you contribute to sustainability? Did you know that we, as theatre teams, contribute to the carbon footprint within our #NHS? We are so good at recycling at home but often forget that what we do at work matters even more. Small changes make big differences but we need to make a conscious change. And ensure that it is a team effort. Have you mapped out your carbon footprint in your theatre pathway? Are you using disposables, using unnecessary wrapping, open more instruments than needed requiring more sterilisation. Our anaesthetists have been world leading with exchange of climate changing anaesthetic agents to reduce the harm to our environment. Should we be consenting patients, where appropriate, offering them local anaesthetic or regional blocks rather than a general anaesthetic? Will a contribution to net zero feature in our consent processes as we look forward? Are you using sterile gloves or just gloves where these are not needed? And have you replaced your paper theatre hats for cloth caps? Our Croydon Health Services NHS Trust teams have done so and contribute to safety with my name is.... Thank you to our champions Agnes Fong and Serena Sabato Ceraldi Have a look at these links for more ideas. https://lnkd.in/d_kBiAsB https://lnkd.in/dhAVcH2H The Royal College of Surgeons of England The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh

We’ve now completed four pilots with six more to come. We will be sharing our results along with the feedback and knowledge we’re getting as we go. Business leaders everywhere, it’s an exciting time for us as we are perfecting our OP System in pilots, with wonderful people from diverse backgrounds and industries in the work they do. They are building OP platforms from scratch! Replacing static with dynamic best practices!!! New IP from within. We have our heads down with selling and scaling comprehensively that is all part of the plan. What matters most to me at this moment, is that we put our product in the hands of those who will be using our technologies now and into the future. Peak value in our products and services is what we’re striving for. Learning, executing, and perfecting as we go is our culture. The rewards of doing these things will follow accordingly. Especially as we head into our new #Ai world. Come to www.opsystem.io to book a demo. #humansintheloop #Ai #authenticintelligence OP Media, Inc.
OP Media recently piloted our system with several rural hospitals in Utah. The benefits were immediately recognized by all of the incredible frontline employees - many of whom created their own OPs! "I think the potential benefit for rural facilities is indisputable, especially as it relates to process improvement and increased efficiency." As a Critical Access Hospital, we are required to complete an annual review to be compliant with federal regulations and conditions of participation. More importantly, as a local hospital, it's important to us that we are transparent with our community and share information about our successes and opportunities for improvement. That's why we're making our Critical Access Hospital Annual Report public and why we're sharing it with you. This report includes information about our service volume, type of service, trends, concerns, accomplishments, and more. This report is used by our Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to develop action plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize our successes.
