No (good) surprises there! Hardly any change in gender equality in Swiss companies. The women's share in management is advancing at a snail's pace 🐌 : 1% per year ⁉ As the latest Gender Intelligence Report unveiled today in Zürich by Advance – Gender Equality in Business and Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI-FIM) - University of St.Gallen (HSG) points out: ⚠️ Women still account for less than a quarter of top management positions in Swiss business, although they represent almost half of the non-management workforce. The good news is that we're not going backwards.
