In Romans 3:23, the Apostle Paul reminds us that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Everything in creation, from the majestic sun to the tiniest plant, reflects a different aspect of glory, each according to its created image. However, humanity holds a unique place in creation, fashioned in the image and likeness of God Himself. Despite the modern belief that humans are no different from animals, the Bible asserts otherwise. We were designed to bear God's image, set apart from the rest of creation. Yet, our disobedience, traced back to Adam, led to our fall from glory. Nevertheless, through faith in Jesus Christ, there's hope for restoration. By being born again of the Spirit of God, we regain that lost glory. This transformation isn't merely symbolic; it's a profound shift that enables us to once again partake in the divine nature of God Himself (See 2 Peter 1:4). Through Christ's obedience, we find justification, and by accepting His sacrifice, we're reborn into God's likeness, becoming partakers of His divine glory. Thus, the age-old question of "Where is God in our suffering?" finds its answer in His redemptive plan, seeking to draw us closer to Himself, that we may reflect His image more fully. Affirming the historic reality of Christ's resurrection, Paul is led to expand on the nature of the triune GOD. His teachingin 1 Cor. 15:24-28 can be summarised as follows; God the Father proposes, God the Son disposes, and God the Spirit empowers. In other words, the Father wills all things, the Son implements the will of the Father, and does so in the power of the Holy Spirit. Important practical lessons emerge!

1 Peter 1:24 says: "For, 'All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall,'" This verse is a quotation from Isaiah 40:6-8 and is part of a larger passage in which Peter is reminding believers of the transient nature of human life in contrast to the eternal nature of God's Word. The metaphor of grass and flowers emphasizes how human life, achievements, and physical beauty are fleeting. Just as grass and flowers eventually wither and fall, so too will human life and its glories come to an end. The purpose of this message is to shift the focus from temporary, worldly things to the everlasting truth of God's Word. While human life is short and fragile, God's promises endure forever, providing a firm foundation for believers to build their faith and hope on. This passage encourages Christians to live with eternity in mind, valuing what is eternal and not being overly attached to things that will pass away.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV) 13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. After we have achieved all the goals in our life; attained all the accolades we can get; gotten all the wealth we can lay hands on; possessed all that we can hold; reached the highest point of our ambition; gained all the honour and fame; established all the powerful ideas: let us now listen to Solomon. People sometimes ask, what is our purpose in this life and why are we here. The final words of the wise man in Ecclesiastes says it all. The fear of God is not an option for anyone, but a mandate. This is how serious it is. We could be living by our own standards which has no regard to God-fearing. However, soon after anyone closes their eyes finally, the true meaning of this life would become real in an instant. May we be mindful of the eternal consequences of ignoring what matters most in this life. May we ask God to teach us and guide us to walk in ways that pleases Him and honours Him. Brethren we must fear God. It amazes me when people talk and act as if there is nothing at stake. Eternity is too long to get it wrong by living carelessly on earth. It may seem you are right in your own eyes, but be warned that eternity can just be a second away for anyone. Will you be ready to face the God you didn't fear on earth? May we be wise people who fear God. Have a blessed Thursday. *Prayer Points:* 1. God, please give me the strength to obey your commandments everyday. 2. Lord, I need your wisdom to know how to live the rest of my days on this earth in godly fear. 3. I pray for the boldness to walk away from the deceitfulness of this world. 22/02/2024

Proverbs 3:35 (NKJV) says, “The wise shall inherit glory, but shame shall be the legacy of fools.” Embracing divine wisdom not only positions us for God’s honor, abundance, and blessings, but also fortifies us against life’s challenges. James 1:5 encourages us to ask God for wisdom when we face trials. These trials test our faith, but with wisdom, we gain the strength and patience to persevere. This year, let’s be like the wise man who built his house on a rock—grounded in God’s Word and led by the Holy Spirit. By seeking and applying divine wisdom, we secure our future and stand firm, ensuring that no weapon formed against us will prosper.

As a man, it’s essential to understand that your gifts and blessings in life are closely tied to your faith and where you choose to invest your heart. As Luke 6:45 states; “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart... for the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” This means that what you believe, and where your heart is set, will shape not only your actions but also the testimony you build throughout your life. For a man to be known as a Man of Integrity, he must first put his faith in Jesus Christ. Christ embodies all the virtues that define true integrity — honesty, righteousness, and trustworthiness. Through a life grounded in these virtues, a man can maximize his talents and potential, transforming his gifts into meaningful blessings that extend beyond himself. Faith and integrity are the cornerstones of leadership and influence. As men of integrity, we must cultivate good treasure within our hearts, believing in Christ, so that what we produce in life aligns with purpose, builds a lasting testimony, and reflects excellence. In doing so, our gifts can not only benefit us but also impact those around us in significant ways. #DIVINEPURPOSE #MANOFINTEGRITY #TESTIMONYTHURSDAY

IN GOD WE HAVE FAITH IN GOD WE HAVE FAITH In her primary work, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,” Mary Baker Eddy writes: “Know thyself, and God will supply the wisdom and the occasion for a victory over evil.” When we pray for more grace and for a clearer understanding of what it means to “live and move and have our being” in divine Love [God], we consider ourselves differently. Our entire perspective changes as we begin to see the world through the lens of Spirit. As a result, we become less impressed with many phases of mortality, and we better understand God’s man. This process requires humility. Eddy writes: “In patient obedience to a patient God, let us labor to dissolve with the universal solvent of Love the adamant [hardness] of error, — self-will, self-justification, and self-love, — which wars against spirituality and is the law of sin and death.” 🙏🙏🙏
