Project Summary for Live Long Well Care I recently completed a consulting project for Live Long Well Care, a home healthcare provider. This project involved helping them with their current staffing problems and improving patient care. I carried out an in-depth examination of their current systems and used such findings to come up with methods of attracting qualified staff and keeping them. The three key recommendations that I suggested are: 1) Creating partnerships with local community colleges nursing and CNA programs, as well   as job fairs to source for local talents 2) Putting into place an employee referral program that could include benefits and rewards 3) Putting an emphasis on their organizational mission, vision and commitment towards quality care By adopting these strategies, they would possibly be able to improve their recruitment practices, provide quality patient care and establish themselves as a preferred employer in the health sector.
