🧠 May is Mental Health Awareness month, so let’s talk about the real-world implications of destigmatizing mental illness. In a two-year study Google published in 2020, researchers found that the #1 most important factor cited by their top-performing teams was psychological safety – 🚫NOT🚫 the highest IQs, longest hours worked, or most senior team members 🙅 Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health conversations is a huge component of fostering spaces that are psychologically safe. That’s why AUC and Advantage Solutions are committed to fostering a stigma-free environment this Mental Health Awareness Month and every month. #BreakTheStigma #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to shine a light on an important topic. As an organisation based in the North West, we acknowledge the increasing number of men impacted by mental health and suicide in our region. For men, expressing emotions, seeking help, and breaking free from traditional stereotypes can be a transformative step toward healing. Mental health is a journey, and everyone deserves support along the way. Alchemy’s commitment is clear: we strive to ensure that every member of our community has the resources, opportunities, and safe spaces needed to be able to discuss their mental well-being openly.
