4mo5 years with this man. They won’t even give me enough characters in this post to truly describe Oguzhan. I wanted to work with him before I met him. When I interviewed and presented (wasn’t easy) I wanted to work for him more. He is a gentleman, a true scholar, and more than anything, there for you whenever. I was the hardest worker at our biggest competitor prior to joining BTO. 5am to 8pm, a commute that was 3 hours minimum, just leveling myself up to meet Oguzhan. I can’t say enough honestly, and I couldn’t be prouder to work for and with him. Oguzhan congrats!
