🌟 Incredible Learning Experience at the NVIDIA Workshop! 🌟 I had an amazing time today exploring NVIDIA technologies and their application in AI and machine learning during a workshop. 🚀💻 During the session, I not only learned about NVIDIA’s powerful AI tools, but I also built a fully functional Streamlit application that integrates FAISS, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide an interactive document retrieval experience! 🧠🔍 Here's what I've been working on: ⚙️ Streamlit Application: Developed an AI-powered assistant capable of chatting in various tones (formal, casual, humorous) and answering questions based on uploaded documents using NVIDIA-powered embeddings. Users can upload PDFs and query the knowledge base instantly! 📄 Integrated FAISS (Facebook AI Similarity Search) to enable efficient similarity search on large documents, making retrieval fast and reliable. 💾 Stored document embeddings in a vector database to facilitate intelligent question-answering. 🧩 Implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), allowing the model to retrieve relevant information from the knowledge base and generate context-aware responses, enhancing the assistant's accuracy and reliability. 💡 Added customization options, allowing users to clear the chat, choose different assistant personalities, and upload their knowledge base. Additionally, I explored TensorRT, NVIDIA's deep learning inference library, which drastically optimizes neural network models for deployment on NVIDIA GPUs, accelerating both training and inference tasks in real-time applications. I have successfully completed the Intel® Unnati Industrial Training ‒ 2024 from May 2024 to July 2024. This training provided hands-on experience in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), including running GenAI on Intel AI Laptops and performing Large Language Model (LLM) inference on CPUs. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Girija Chiddarwar, I had the opportunity to dive deep into the basics of GenAI, explore LLM inference, and even fine-tune models to create custom Chatbots.
