We started our business back in 2010. Scott Rees And Co were one of our first clients, so it was lovely to be back delivering for them yesterday. Apparently Mike was still telling the same gags 14 years on 😒 We're delivering a six month management development programme for their management team. Yesterday we focused on self-awareness, values, perceptions and what it's like to be manged by them.
