Kingfisher plc CEO Thierry Garnier told delegates at this week’s World Retail Congress in Paris that retailers should identify specific ‘use cases’, where they are confident #AI can drive efficiencies across the business. Kingfisher have identified 4 areas - one of these with managing markdown and clearance stock, which involves diving deep with AI and applying technology across every banner and market.
