Upward feedback isn't always programmatic with companies. Some companies simply don't have the culture or training to support that kind of communication from employees to their managers. Reflections 🔄 Change is the only constant. Mindset and adaptability is key to thrive in this BANI world In our everyday life, we are always faced with changes. Changes in route due to traffic conditions, change in plans due to unforseen circumstances. More often than not,we are able to stomach these changes and be flexible to adapt to changes.Organisation change is the simply another type of change that we should be prepared to adapt to. To be a high performing organisation, we need to normalise change and instill resilience in our people. Culture fit is 🔑 The most brilliant of minds may not be brilliant in my organisation.
