Yesterday we travelled to #essen for H2UB's annual #HYDROVERSE conference! It was great to meet some familiar and new faces. Seeing such a vibrant group of companies innovating across #hydrogen's value is really exciting. My key takeaway, is that the hydrogen economy has more focus and purpose. Efforts are more directed at areas where the molecule is the most viable pathway to decarbonisation. In the face of techno-economic scrutiny, this can only be a good thing. As Jorgo Chatzimarkakis succinctly puts it, the industry has only had 4 years to prove competitiveness compared to the 20 or so other renewable industries have been afforded.
