ACCELERATING THE LONG THANH "SUPER AIRPORT" – INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE BORDERING DONG NAI TAKES FLIGHT ✅ On November 26, Dong Nai Province officially handed over 29.7 km of land for constructing a closed perimeter fence surrounding the Long Thanh Airport. The project has entered a rapid acceleration phase, with approximately 6,000 engineers and workers, along with thousands of construction vehicles, operating day and night. Progress across multiple contract packages is either on schedule or ahead. Notably, Package 5.10 is running nearly a month ahead of plan, with other packages showing equally promising results. ✅ With an investment capital of $16 billion spread over 5,000 hectares, Long Thanh Airport ranks among the world’s top 16 most anticipated airport projects and is set to become Vietnam's largest airport. Scheduled to commence operations in Q3 of 2026, it is poised to transform Dong Nai into a key hub for transportation and logistics, both domestically and internationally, contributing an estimated 3-5% to the province’s GDP growth. 🌟 These advantages are driving a booming industrial real estate market in Dong Nai, with surging demand for warehouses and ready-built factories. However, the province's limited industrial land supply has pushed rental prices higher, with no signs of cooling. Supply shortages, particularly for high-standard industrial parks with high occupancy rates, are prompting businesses to shift operations to areas bordering Dong Nai. These areas offer the dual benefits of proximity to Long Thanh’s emerging transport network and optimized costs in terms of land, rent, and labor. 🌟 HLI EcoHub Nam Ha emerges as the ideal relocation destination, boasting a strategic location at the eastern gateway of Dong Nai, just 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City. With ready-built factories that meet LEED standards and unmatched incentive policies, the project offers a comprehensive, sustainable solution for pioneering businesses looking to capitalize on the green investment wave. #LongThanhAirport #HLIEcoHubNamHa #HoaLongInvest #HLI #IndustrialRealEstate 👉 Contact us now for more details!📍 Location: Dong Ha Commune, Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan Province 🌐 Website: hoalonginvest.com 📞 Hotline: 028.7108 8660 ✉️ Email: contact@hoalonginvest.com 🏢 Office Address: 19 Tran Quy Kien, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Addressing Urban Challenges in Infrastructure, Energy, and Transportation As cities grow, the challenges in areas such as infrastructure, energy supply and transportation are becoming ever more pressing. Fast-growing urban centers, especially in the Gulf region and East Asia, often prioritize rapid development over sustainable planning. Important issues such as public transportation, sustainable energy solutions and waste management are often overlooked in the initial stages of urban planning. Governments tend to react only when traffic congestion, air pollution and other quality of life issues become critical, rather than proactively building resilient systems from the outset. Cities like Dubai and Singapore have recognized these issues and are now striving to integrate sustainability into their urban planning efforts. Initiatives focusing on renewable energy, expanded public transportation, and green spaces are a step in the right direction. However, there is still a long way to go in building an urban framework that fully addresses these complex challenges and secures a sustainable future. In my research paper "Developing an Evaluation Framework for Smart Countries with a Focus on Sustainability as a Basis for Comparative Analysis”, I emphasize the need for an evaluation framework that supports sustainability at all levels of urban development. Such a framework enables the identification of critical gaps in sustainability and provides a basis for comparative analysis between cities and countries. By implementing a structured approach, cities can effectively evaluate their progress and ensure that infrastructure, energy and transportation systems are not only functional, but also sustainable for future generations. Progress is being made but creating truly sustainable and livable urban environments requires continued commitment and innovation. Proactive, sustainability-focused urban planning is no longer optional — it is a must for a modern city. #sustainablecities #UrbanDevelopment #smartcity #sustainabledubai #SustainableFuture #futureofcities #cityplanning #urbansustainability
