These reports are always gold. Though the results are more hopeful than in past editions, it will still take 50 years to achieve gender parity for all women. Bravo to McKinsey & Company and Lean In. Bravo to those #WOMENHELPINGOTHERWOMEN and #MENHELPINGWOMEN for paving the career paths of women who have committed to growing as professionals.
Progress has been made, but there's still a long way to go for true gender parity in the workplace. How can companies drive real change and make a meaningful impact for all women? Our tenth-anniversary Women in the Workplace report with Lean In explores data from the past decade to better understand women’s representation and experiences at work👇 https://mck.co/4ewnZR6 #WomenInTheWorkplace #WIW2024

Very interesting overview of the challenges we still have to overcome to achieve gender parity in the workplace, which according to this study is forecasted to still take us 50 years (for all women). This study was based on US data, but we know the challenge is global. If someone has a similar study for Europe, please add it to the comments.

Watch Priyanka Chopra as she passionately discusses the importance of cerebral opportunity for women. When it comes to empowering women through cerebral equality, it refers to the concept of equal opportunities and recognition for intellectual abilities, regardless of gender, race, or other factors. This would involve creating an environment where everyone has an equal chance to develop and showcase their intellectual capacities. Let's break barriers and pave the way for women's success in every intellectual arena! #CerebralEquality #WomenEmpowerment #diversityandinclusion #womensday2024
