An article filled with gems about USN approaches to continually uplift the capability of carrier groups, and all that must come together to make that happen. Challenges being tackled include the technical integration required for facilitating Live, Virtual Constructive (LVC) training and the need for a seamless training continuum from individual technical training to carrier group employment. But the clincher for me, is the fact that training needs to be two (multi) directional, with the RADM recognising that some of the best minds in the carrier group to overcome 5th generational tactical challenges are the more junior personnel in the group. How do they get a voice to be able to input into tactical development and operational improvement during such large scale training activities? #defencecapability #defencetraining #defenceindustry

As I read through this publication, admittedly with tears in my eyes, I came to the realization that I will always be a Marine. Below are my key takeaways from MCRP 6-11D “Sustaining the Transformation”. Feel free to read and share your thoughts. 1. Your experience(s) are one of a kind, your training, second to none. 2. You ARE the example. 3. Every day is a training opportunity. 4. The “Kool-Aid” does not wear off. 5. Your mission is now YOURS to define. https://lnkd.in/gtdCR9Ny

The COE 2.0 Placemat is one of the tools, providing leaders with an explanation of the foundational elements that bring COE 2.0 to life, and it should be used as a guide to assess culture at the command level. The placemat includes critical pillars, such as Core Values, Warrior Toughness, and more. All command leaders fleetwide should become familiar with the information in the COE 2.0 Placemat. 🎥 Watch the training today to assess the culture at your command! Fri COE 2.0 Post: 9 of 11 “A Face for Radio” So often we get asked, “what tools will be provided to help with COE 2.0?” COE 2.0 GMT of course!?!?! Nope… not at all. How about an 18 min overview of COE2.0? (Down from the 45 min sales pitch) Sure thing: https://lnkd.in/e5Ss44Ce How about breaking down each element of COE2.0 into 5-8 min videos? First one… complete! (playbook next week… then Core Values & Warrior Toughness) That said, what I am MOST excited about is that this will be my LAST video. Time for the Fleet to hear from other, better leaders…!!!
