Is childcare assistance an important benefit that employers should offer? As a parent of two kids under 5 this hits differently than it would have when I was in my 20's. The logistics and costs of raising a family as a professional are tough to navigate. It is great to see things like this, and the impact especially on single parent homes can't be understated. Childcare is expensive and like many things, the price never seems to go down. Whether it is allowances or on-site daycare, it is really cool to see companies step up to provide benefits that can greatly impact retention and quality of life for their employees. https://lnkd.in/gMVXNc_7

With the impending childcare cliff at the end of September how many employers have childcare added to their benefit plans? The answer is not enough! Employers who value their support for working parents are putting it on blast with #showusyourchildcare 💰When the American Rescue Plan stabilization funding ends in September millions of parents will be impacted. 👨👩👧👦 Hundreds of thousands will be leaving the workforce costing families $9 billion each year in lost earnings. If we are complaining that we can't find help, how can we turn our backs on so many potential employees?
