Business Development Managers. Why? We are growing the department! 🚀 When? Our next in takes are March and April, but we can be flexible with notice periods of course 🤷🏼♂️ How much experience do you need? Ideally 2+ year’s experience in a sales role, or we would look at 1 year if your experience in sales is pro-active and heavily phone driven 📞 How much can I earn? On target earnings are between 20 and 30k AED a month, we have had people in this position hit even higher numbers than this🤑 Location: Business Bay office 📍 What you need to know before applying? The role is COMMISSION ONLY! So you would need savings behind you to cover yourself in those initial phases of building up your pipeline. Driving license? As a Sales Engineer, I value the power of teamwork, creativity, determination, commitment, and success. While remote working offers flexibility, I believe that working in person with a team cannot be replaced. Which is why I am actively seeking local offices to work at here in the Lehi/Draper area of Utah (I am open to remote positions). To me, teamwork is crucial. A successful Sales Engineer is like a quarterback, passing the ball to playmakers during discovery calls, demos, or POCs. Being flexible and dynamic is essential for successful playmaking. Creativity is also important in solution selling. From questions to demos to design and delivery, creativity is key. Determination and commitment are also essential. As a team, we can overcome any obstacle and succeed together. And speaking of success, enhancing our product, discovery, demo delivery, POC, or enablement is key to achieving success.
